What It Is:

I offer weekly claim submission for therapists who are paneled with insurance and tired of doing the paperwork. If you’re sick of logging into Availity, retyping the same codes, spending unpaid time on billing tasks, or tracking which claim went through—you’re in the right place.

What I Do:

I submit claims through your Availity account as a delegated user. You give me your client/session info, and I enter and submit the claims under your NPI. You retain full control of your Availity account. I do not contact insurance companies or handle appeals. I submit only. I charge $10 per claim. I also track the outcome (acceptance, rejection, etc.).

  • I do not handle:
  • Appeals or denials
  • Diagnosis changes or clinical guidance
  • Calling insurance companies
  • I never select CPT or diagnosis codes. You’re the provider—I just submit what you send.
  • Manual re-submissions unless requested (considered a new submission), unless it's my error
  • Paper claims

Note: I currently submit only through Availity for in-network claims. If you’re out-of-network or use a different portal, this service is not a fit.

    (I'll send an email each Fri asking for sessions to submit via secure link.)

Cost

  • $10 flat per claim. No surprises. No hidden fees.
Invoices sent at the start of each month for the previous month’s submissions (via Bluevine Invoicing/Stripe). No subscription. Cancel anytime. Invoices are due upon receipt. Claims will not be submitted the following month unless the prior invoice is paid.

Note: insurance companies move at their own pace, so I can't guarantee turnaround time for payments. I submit claims on a rolling basis as I get them but sometimes push submissions to the following week for unforeseen reasons (e.g. Availity downtimes).
